Some General Guidelines for Using Erasable Liquid Chalk
- Choose a non-porous surface.
- Prime your surface by rubbing the side of a piece of chalk across the entire surface and then erase it with a damp cloth.
- Some surfaces, such as hand-painted chalkboards, will have some ghosting when erased as with any chalk pen; This can be completely removed with a Mr. Clean’s Magic Eraser.
- Don’t want to clean with Mr. Clean? The IOD Erasable Liquid Chalk actually has more erasable qualities than chalk pens; If you’d like to avoid ANY ghosting simply coat your handmade chalkboard with a clear polyacrylic sealer or purchase a manufactured non-porous chalkboard.
Note: Dry times depend on your surface; this product has a generous open (dry) time, so ensure adequate time for thorough drying to avoid smudging.

Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS. I try to ship as quickly as possible but it could that up to 10 days to ship. You can expect longer shipping time around vintage drop dates, sales and IOD new releases.$9 flat rate shipping to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska)All print on demand items will be made to order and shipped by Printful. Please allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery.If you provide the incorrect mailing address and your items is returned to sender you will not be refunded the shipping amount. Returns
NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please make sure you have looked at all the photos and the item is exactly what you want before purchasing.
Damages
Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS website. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and I will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. I will refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box and product so the shipping company is able to pick it up so they can process the claim. Without the photos and package I cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged.
