As soon as I spotted these mini paint stirrers at the thrift store, I knew what I could create with them!

For this project, I'm utilizing the IOD Jingle Mould, which was a part of their limited-release Christmas collection.

I've also compiled a list of IOD moulds available on my website that are perfect for creating bookmarks suitable for any season or occasion -

Choose an IOD mould that complements your home decor style, and simply follow the steps outlined in this guide.

To prevent the clay from sticking, I began by dusting the mould with cornstarch.

Next, I pressed IOD Air Dry Clay into the moulds that I wanted to use.

IOD Moulds feature micro-rim edges, which come in handy for effortlessly wiping away any excess clay and ensuring a clean release from the moulds.

As you can see here, I created 3 different mini ornament moulds. They came out so cute!

Then, I used Gorilla Glue to affix each clay ornament onto the top of a miniature paint stirrer.

Once the glue dried, it was time to paint them!

I used three different Fusion Mineral Paint colors for this project:

Using a STAALMEESTER Pointed Sash Brush, I painted 2 coats of the different colors on to each mini paint stirrer. (Ex. 1 green, 1 red, 1 gray)

Once they were all painted, I let them dry and pulled out my Dixie Belle White Wax.

Using Dixie Belle White Wax and a STAALMEESTER Wax Brush, I painted 1 coat over the entire mini paint stirrers - front and back.

Lastly, I used a dry paper towel to wipe off the excess white wax on all 3 of the mini stirrers.

Can you believe how quick and easy this Christmas-inspired DIY Project was?

Style your Christmas bookmarks amongst other decor or use them as actual bookmarks this holiday season!

Remember, you can always recreate these for other seasons too! I sell a wide variety of IOD Moulds in my shop - https://www.juliesdesignsandsigns.com/iod-products/molds
