Easy DIY Project | How To Apply IOD Transfers To Ceramic Coffee Mugs

Goodwill does it again, y’all! I found these adorable ceramic coffee mugs and knew I had to do something unique with them.

One of my favorite ways to find items for DIY projects is by exploring the affordable finds at Goodwill. Every day there are new items set out that get my creative wheels turning. When it comes to DIY not every project has to start with old vintage items. Sometimes a newer item, like these coffee mugs, can still be recreated into something fresh and unique!

In this blog, I will show you How To Apply IOD Transfers To Ceramic Coffee Mugs!

Below is a list of the items you will need to recreate this project:

Thrifted Ceramic Mugs
IOD Transfers - Millot’s Pages*
Scissors

I found these adorable little ceramic coffee cups at Goodwill and I knew I had to create something with them!

To make these perfect for spring, I decided to add some IOD transfers.

I knew that Millot’s Pages was the perfect collection to use.

This collection has 8 different pages full of little transfers that you can use on their own or you can use an entire page together.

You could make hundreds of projects out of this IOD transfer collection.

First, I cut out the speckled eggs that I wanted to transfer on to the ceramic coffee mugs.

Next, I peeled off the white backing sheet.

Then, I laid the transfer onto the center of the mug and used my transfer tool to press the transfer.

How cute is that?

You will repeat this same step on all of your coffee mugs.

Then, you can style them in your home on a shelf or a coffee cart!
